Family Discovery- Williams Dam

Last Sunday we had a family day.
We are making an effort to come together and unify.
We are finding what is important.
It is not just being a good mom and a good dad.
Because I really think we are those things.
It is also about being a good family.
And that means being a husband and wife together. A team.
So after we left our adventure at the actual train depot,
we discovered this beautiful lake and dam.

And those are just some of our memories.

Hello Crazy Clark Lady! :) hee hee

I just wanted to thank you for your comment on my blog. It was very encouraging. You are too sweet. I'm so glad you enjoy my blog.

I wanted to assure you, I'm really not trying fit where I don't belong (at least not at present!) I'm sure I've done that many times in my life, but I'm certain that God wants me to tell my story - I know it was him that gave me the strength and helped me to write my book. I'm so grateful for his help and his calling on my life.

I was just disappointed with the way some people have acted as I've contacted them regarding different things (book, GTA website etc.). So much pride out there. There's so much misbehavin' going on! It's understandable when those who don't follow Christ don't follow his word, but quite another when those who say they are following Christ do things contrary to his word.

So, anyway... I just didn't want you to think I was trying to fit somewhere I didn't belong. I was just venting my frustration with others and perhaps looking for some understanding from my blogging chums. :) I guess I'm not the only one who has been frustrated in this area. People (including myself!) sure are hard to figure out sometimes. ha!

Thanks for leaving your very sweet comment.

I appreciate you. :)
Your chum,
Lynnette
PS BTW, I DO appreciate your advice and will hold it near to my heart as I continue this journey.
