Who says that South Africans and really white people can't celebrate the coolest Mexican holiday! We just needed a little excuse to break out the margaritas and the carne asada!
Suzanne and Neil nicknamed Jim. He is now affectionately know as Martin Stewart.He does not have the home decor thing down but his cooking is the bomb!
This is Jim's pico de gallo. It was so yummy. He even roasted the jalapenos on the grill.
This is his fruit pico. Roasted pears and mangos. Need I say more?
